Hi! My name is Karolina, I am the founder of the Polish brand Goody Woody, thanks to which I have been turning inspirations into original products since 2015. It all started with an idea for an unusual use of Polish wood and ended with the creation of original kitchen accessories that attract the attention of people from all over the world.
Let's start from the beginning! My life used to be closely related to rowing - for almost a decade I devoted myself completely to this sport. I did it with great enthusiasm (which resulted in success), but at some point I felt that it was time for new challenges. I analyzed the market, found a niche and decided to take the risk. Using a laser plotter to produce engraved rolling pins with original patterns - it was a bull's-eye!
The positive feedback encouraged me and made me believe that Goody Woody could be successful. I dedicated myself completely to developing my brand.
However, the beginning was not easy. Growing the company with one-year-old daughter Lena on board was a huge challenge! Especially since I did everything from A to Z. Engraving, packaging, shipping, customer contact, marketing, etc. I started selling on foreign platforms where I gained a lot of international cooperation, which continues to this day! Everything followed its seasonal rhythm until 2018, when, together with a foreign marketing team, we created a new project, a sister company of Goody Woody, Pastrymade. The brand focused strictly on baking. Not to make it too easy, a big boom occurred when my son Leon appeared. It was a no-holds-barred ride! A quick change of premises (from a garage to a larger production premises), more machines, building a team, and a several-month-old baby and his older sister by his side. This would not be possible without the enormous support of my family and, above all, my husband, who believed in my idea. I was also lucky to have gathered a fantastic and well-coordinated team. It was thanks to the dedication and commitment of these wonderful people that I was able to increase production.
In recent years, I have focused primarily on the development of Pastrymade. I realize that I can do more and I finally have the time and space to add something completely new to my portfolio. I would like to expand the Goody Woody range to include decorations, gadgets and toys created in the spirit of eco-nature. My story will consist of many more chapters, but I hope that you will witness it in the near future. Remember that Goody Woody works primarily thanks to your involvement and choosing the products that I only dreamed of creating. Thank you very much for your trust and support.
